SQL 2012 Open Cluster (Reason 5)

Hi,

I have newly installed SQL 2012 on 2 Windows 2012 clustered node (Active/Passive).  I get this error each time I switch sql resource to another node.  After this error, I get another information event 101, SQLServerAgent service successfully started.   

OpenCluster (Reason 5), Event ID: 324.  Source: SQLServerAgent. 

However, besides this error... the SQL seems to be working fine.  I am able to login to Management and create/insert/delete table/records. 

Hope any one can provide advice on whether is this error critical and what can I do to resolve it?  Thanks!!
